Let me introduce myself in the fewest lines possible.
My name is Ahida Mariyu, born in the bold state of Delhi but originally from the laid-back and serene state of Kerala. At present  residing in Dubai and like any other millennial, currently paying my bills with a 9 to 5 (actually 6) job.

My cooking trials started when I moved from Delhi to Kerala after my school life. Belonging to a small peaceful city in Kerala (Thalassery), finding the food I love became quite impossible.
